When I was a kid you just weren't cool if you liked that "Jap crap" like astro boy (I loved astro boy); now it's all trendy and all those people who hated it have jumped on the bandwagon and love it and have to reproduce their own shitty versions...and then there's the pornographic anime, my god don't get me started on that!
Somtimes i wish that bandwagoon would go straight of a cliff. I honestly like some of the anime animations, mainly due to some of their breathtaking animation skills they use. But badly drawn "steriotypical" images/artwork should be frowned upon.

I really wish that younger/beginning artists would try to draw from real-life and develop their skills that way. Not just from copying another style.
